- The indicator light is on, and the circulation system of the left suction, pressure equalization, and right suction display lights is illuminated to indicate the nitrogen production steps.
- When the left suction display light is on, the working pressure of the left suction tower slowly increases from the balanced working pressure during pressure equalization to high. At the same time, the working pressure of the right suction tower slowly decreases from the balanced working pressure during pressure equalization to zero.
- When the right suction display light is on, the working pressure of the right suction tower gradually increases from the balanced working pressure during pressure equalization to high, while the working pressure of the left suction tower gradually decreases from the balanced working pressure during pressure equalization to zero.
- The working pressure at the N2 inlet and outlet of the nitrogen generator is marked as the normal working pressure for all gas usage. During application, the working pressure may fluctuate slightly, but the change should not be too large.
- The indication of the energy meter should be basically stable, and the fluctuation should not be too large. The range of the steam flow meter should not exceed the rated value of the nitrogen making machine equipment to produce gas supply.
- The range of the oxygen meter in the nitrogen making machine should not be less than the rated purity of the nitrogen making device, and there may be slight fluctuations, but they should not be too large.
